Can I get an invoice?

Yes, you can get an invoice for your payment from Stripe. Use the feedback button in the bottom right corner of the webpage and select "Invoice" for the "Type of request" You can also contact us directly at [email protected]. The invoice will be sent to you as soon as we receive your request.

How often are my 🍊 and session counts updated?

  • Free users get 50 oranges / day and 5 sessions / calendar month. A session is counted as one file/youtube link upload, or one shared link import.
  • Subscribed users have a set number of oranges and sessions for the entire subscription month. These will reset at the start of your next subscription period.

    • The updates are based on UTC time.

    You can check your remaining oranges and sessions, as well as the reset date, in the My Account -> Billing.

    Can I cancel my subscription after subscribing?

    The pricing listed here is in USD. You can cancel anytime with just one click. This tool has been built with lots of hard work by students. We created it to help ourselves study better.
